The country has decided in a hearing that, due to the design of the Tab 10.1, which is eerily similar to the iPad, all sales in the European Union will be halted for the tablet, except for the Netherlands.   • Were only a few hours off from the start of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S II as well as the Tab II. The Tab II will be less of a Tab and more of a full on tablet, sporting a 10.1 inch screen at 1280×800 res and Android 3.0. We also have heard rumors of an 8MP camera with HD video recording, and a 1Ghz Dual Core processor But as is with most major Android devices, we already have “official MWC” press renders. Two more images after the break and more at Samsung Hub.

  • I know a lot of people who were hoping that the Samsung Galaxy Tab WiFI only model would hit before the Holidays.     It has been a long and painful wait. Back in May we heard rumors that Samsung would begin producing tablets similar to the Galaxy S lines of phones. Now after several months of chasing any little bit of news, an image, or anything related to the Tab, we finally go hands on. Though this does give a a glimpse of what the 10.1 inch Samsung Galaxy Tab (believed to be launched next year) will look like. The 10.1-inch panel is a 1.8-mm thick LCD prototype on display right now at the FPD International trade show in Japan. So here we go. WiFi Only Galaxy Tab Delayed!: If you were hoping to get a way clean with a nice WiFi only Samsung Galaxy Tab this Christmas, you can probably forget about it. Some Best Buy documentation confirms the rumors of delays for the WiFi only device.
