QUICK HIT: G2 FREE on Contract at T-Mobile. Act Now!
Posted on January 18, 2011 | View CommentsIf you are an Android buyer looking for a nice, full keyboard phone, with Android 2.2, HSPE+ speeds (4G) and want it all free. Then no, you’re not crazy, you are thinking about the T-Mobile G2. Engadget says it best,”Android buyers have never had it so Good”. About a month ago, maybe two, T-Mobile dropped the price of the G2 down to an amazing $50 on a two year contract. Now they are just saying to heck with and putting it out for free (on a two year). So if you don’t mind T-Mobile, want to test the warm, sweet waters of Android, T-Mo is looking like a pretty good... -
Today in Android: January 5th, 2011
Posted on January 5, 2011 | View CommentsAndroid has made an incredible splash today, from the first 4G tablet to HTC phones, a new Droid for Verizon, and it all gets topped off with the biggest shock of all this year: AT&T actually getting good devices. Lets start with tablets At the top, a new Android OS! Thats right, 3.0 Honeycomb was just announced today, and how amazing it is! It is the first all tablet OS ever designed (yes, iOS for iPad is nothing different from any other iDevice, and Android on current tablets are much different), and it shines. I found a nice video showing off the basics, and the device it is shown to... -

Dell Venue Pro’s could arrive before Christmas, if you ordered by Dec. 14th.
Posted on December 16, 2010 | View CommentsDell said that their new Windows Phone 7 device, the Venue Pro would not ship until around January 6th of next year. Yes, that is for people who pre-ordered. However it now appears that Dell could get your phone to you if you managed to get your order in by, well, yesterday (Dec. 14). You should receive you gorgeous smartphone before Christmas, however those of you still holding out, you probably won’t see anything in stores until early January. This phone has been pushed back some many times, lets hope this is the last time we see a longer wait time for the Venue Pro. Now, for those of you... -

Dell Venue Pro. Its delayed until 2011. [Developing].
Posted on December 14, 2010 | View CommentsIf you ordered a Dell Venue Pro, their is a strong chance that you will not see your device until early “2011″. It appears that Dell is having both hardware and software problems and manufacturing is not going so swell either. This is kind of sad because this phone look very promising, of all the Windows Phone 7 devices, this is the one I would pick. A rep form the Dell community forums is saying that some devices may still ship on the 18th as planned, but you may or may not need another hardware swap to fix the problems with the device. These problems include Wifi not working and... -
Epic Win: Have $50? Then a T-Mobile G2 is waiting for you.
Posted on December 13, 2010 | View CommentsIf you have recently purchased a T-Mobile G2, you may want to step away from you computer right now. T-Mobile really wants to sell some G2′s, the company just put their first “4G” phone up for $50 USD on a new two year contract (Web only deal). All of this via two instant rebates. Now the catch is, you have to be a new customer. Nope not even a T-Mobile customer with upgrades available has access to this deal. This means T-Mobile has two great phones, at two great prices. So if you’ve been waiting, do it, do it now. Source: T-Mobile. ~Zephaniah Washington Editor-in-chief. -

QUCIK HIT: T-Mobile to add “4G Tablets” in 2011.
Posted on December 10, 2010 | View CommentsT-Mobile came out today and stated that it will be adding “4G Tablets” to its line up in 2011. We have no word on brand or platform, though you can be sure that Honeycomb (Android 3.0) will be on some devices. I personally hope to see HTC bring a tablet to this party. Looks like 4G (though no one’s 4G network meets true 4G standards, its all marketing) will be the thing to put your next 4-10 inch touch screen on. Official statement below. “T-Mobile is working closely with the majority of our OEM partners to deliver 4G products by integrating HSPA+ into roadmaps in 2011 as the dominant global...
