  • Oh my god. An HTC Tablet??!? Maybe. HTC has apparently filed for a trademark name HTC Scribe, and we are expecting it to be a tablet device. According to some sketchy reports, it is expected to have the NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB microSD, 1280 x 720 resolution, and run Honeycomb.   • Well, it will soon be one of the grandest times of the tech year, the CES Conference.   • Droid-Life managed to ubtain twelve images (renders) of what we used to call the Incredible HD. We were right though that this phone would have its name changed to Thunderbolt 4G, in support of Verizon’s thunderbolt campaign for their “4G” LTE network. We should see this phone unveiled at CES next week, as for a release date, were hoping for CES (probably won’t happen but if it did, you heard it hear first). So what is this phone all about?     Droid-Life managed to ubtain twelve images (renders) of what we used to call the Incredible HD. We were right though that this phone would have its name changed to Thunderbolt 4G, in support of Verizon’s thunderbolt campaign for their “4G” LTE network.   • Remember the HTC Incredible HD, well that is actually (as we thought and dreaded) is going to be called the HTC Thunderbolt 4G. We likely won’t see this phone unveiled until CES, next week. HTC is adamant about being the first “4G” phone on Verizon. They are also dead serious about teasing us with the thing on a nearly hourly basis. We are kind of disappointed that they decided to call this the Thunderbolt 4G and not the Incredible HD or Incredible 4G.   • I know we don’t normally post on holidays, especially the week of Christmas however, Skype being down seriously affects how AGRS operates. We use Skype to work on group posts and discus breaking news, so here’s what we (rather I) know. Late last night, early morning, Skype’s network “went down”. Skype’s network is not as much down as crippled. Sky explains it like this. Skype’s network is not like a normal phone network, Skype relies on a large number of phones and computers to comunicate. If you are trying to reach someone your request for connection usually go’s through something Skype calls a “supernode”. A “supernode” is like a directory...
