Windows Phone 7 – On Sale Now.

Microsoft, T-Mobile, and AT&T launched their Windows Phone 7 devices today. Currently we have three on the market in carrier stores and one only at Microsoft Retail locations. So here are the phones that you can get your self right now. The HTC Surround, with its slide out faux surround sound on AT&T, the Samsung Focus, a more utilitarian/business device which is also on AT&T, and my personal favorite, the HTC HD7, the most EVO like of the phones with a large 4 inch touch screen, very media oriented and is available on T-Mobile. All of these devices cost $199 on a new two year contract. Though their is one more device that “launched” today. The Dell Venue Pro (which I do like the best, more then the HD7) is currently “available” at Microsoft retail stores. These stores received a very small amount and unless you live right next to one you will probably have to wait until the phones hits carrier locations.

Update: If you like getting phones off of Amazon and don’t mind waiting a few days for them to arrive, you can pick up the HTC Surround for just $99 on new service agreement right now. The LG Quantum is up for pre-order too with Amazon claiming an 8 to 9 business day delivery. Also Dell Mobility is listing some phones (not their own Venue) for as low as $149. If you like new things, and like your choice of purchasing options, these phones might just be the thing to through in the stocking, and into your pocket.
